Hi dance123 any update with your application. I applied 24/08 got co but he requested everything that i attached with my online app. form 80, police check, pay slips, passport etc etc was requested....

Hi everyone I am now in 475 visa and going to apply 887 in August 2011. I got 1 driving demerits point is there any negative impact on my AFP. Any help will be appreciated.

I am now in 475 visa and applied for 857 visa with an employer where i was employed.The visa is now still processing but i have left my job. Now what i could do to withdraw my app or leave it as...

My employer has given me stamped 1054 form with regional body certification and told to send out these docs with your visa application.
Could I send all of these docs? Or only employer can do that....

Hi All,

I am now in Queensland and want to send my 857 visa application with employer nomination certificate. In which office I should log this application Parramatta Brisbane or Sydney.

Congratulation for your visa. I am going to Qeensland. I planed to stamp visa on 6 Aug 09 because I am now in Khulna. BTW what is your profession. I am an IT professional.

Hey I got my visa in 89 days. My time line for 475 visa as follows:

ACS asssement passed: 29 Jan 09
Applied for SRS in QLD: 16 March 09
Got SRS approval: 16 April 09
Applied 475 visa: 29 April...

Hey Hellosivahere pre ganat letter is not only for onshore. My CO sent a pre grant letter mentioning my initial entry date to AUS with advised to send VAC2 to issue final grant letter.

Visa application loged: 29 April 2009
Medical: 11 May 2009
CO allocated: 25 May 2009
Pre Grant : 15 July 2009

Thank you sellyj, sandy81 and ex_exile. I think I have to write a letter explaining the actual situation and then get verified by a lawer. And also try to get some letters from my friends about this...

CO asked some evidence

My CO asked me to send my wedding photographs and wedding invitation but unfortunately we have no such type of evidence. We(I and my spouse) is not in same religion and when we merry the two family...
