yes i did, started job and have been with the employer 6 months, and they did sponser ENS and was granted with exceptional circumstances,

Do it yourself, had our 856 granted n 4 weeks, get all police clearances ready, references from work etc ready and they will ask for medicals again, irregardless if you had them done last year, good...

Hie there, i was in the same situation,my ens 856 granted after 6 months employment, phoned immigration for a clear explanation, the answer is in booklet 5 on the website, it clearly tell you whats...

457 Application submited on 2 July 2009, granted on 19 July 2009 , the case officer clearly highlighted that if i had submitted with my medicals it would have taken 5 working days, so good...

Hie, was in the same boat , qualified as RMN in April 2009, applied for a graduate nurse programme with state hospitalS in most states and they rejected me, tried the private hospitals ( healthscope)...
