Yes, and she backdated the OHIP to the date of the sponsor letter, which was August (over 90 days), so I was covered immediately! :thumbsup:

Alds - "If by some chance your husband still has the I-94 form in his passport after the expiration date has expired he can return it by mail. Instructions for doing this are on the US Homeland...

Wow! My PR application only took 7 weeks to be processed, now I have to potentially wait the same length of time to get me passport back!! (I think it's that 'so near but yet so far' frustration!)
