does it?? Will have to look. I sent in my claim form then 3 weeks later i got a new form in the post as there's a different one for people coming from abroad. Then i phoned them to see how it was...

hi. you might be sorted by now but in case you're not - child benefit told me the other day that it can take up to 26 weeks for claims to go through if someone's been living out of the country. hth

I agree - contact Rob Justice at Frontera. I've not bought any furniture packages from him but we have worked for the same clients in the past and he is very helpful.

You will need the dish and a receiver. At one point people were paying around €500 for those and the installation but I think these days you can get the package for around €350-€400.

Oh and forgot to say that in the UK you can buy trousers of various leg lengths - over here I always have to get my trousers shortened as they're far too long.

I love the Portuguese clothes but rarely find trousers to fit (I'm a UK size 12-14) and you can completely forget tops with buttons down the front. Underwear is also an issue - if you go to shops...

We have a T2 in Vila Real de Santo Antonio and we pay around €200 per year, but our block doesn't have a lift/garden/swimming pool. So basically we pay for cleaning and lighting.

Frontera have a showroom in Ayamonte. It faces the river, near to the Supersol supermarket. They sell furniture packages and will install everything for you too.
