I know going the other way, i.e. back to the UK, the student needs to have completed at least the previous 2 years in high school to be considered a domestic student even with a British passport.

Because some people are stuck with super & with such a margin product for super they can leverage their $50k into $250k. Doesn't seem too complicated.

Yes. It is called duty of care. I have seen wills successfully contested by estranged children who suddenly wanted a share of estate, despite a will leaving them nothing, when the parent died.

Should have adapted instead of feeling a victim. In GFC when I was out of work I didn't sit around feeling a victim. I worked interstate, slept in a hostel and went home at weekends.
