Just checked today as his profession is on...
he will be 45 next year , but age 50 is the cut off
Apparently so think he will make it!!

I never realised this only applied to parents.

I assume last remaining relative visa also won't
Apply in this case?

If so he is on his own and will have to check

Hi

Myself , wife and daughter obtained our PR on 21 Jan 2010.
We visited Aus for a week in July 2010 to activate our visa.

My son was born in Jan 2011 and we got him a PR visa on 14 Dec 2011....

within Australia for at least 4 years before applying
For citizenship?

5 years ago ( the visa is valid for 5 years).
We made the move to Aus 3 years ago and absolutely
