My wife has a will with me named in it. I've never had a will, but can easily create one.
Would the dating of my will be an issue since it wouldn't date back to our marriage date?

I did a I-129F, but not an I-130. We were married after she got her K1 and came to the US.

As far as I know I'm not aware that I'm going to be filing a I-130. Does that change anything?
