Re: Request for 'more' evidence we don't have

My wife has a will with me named in it. I've never had a will, but can easily create one.

There's a small pile of hair at my desk from me pulling it out over this darn form. You've saved what little hair I have left.

Re: What's my line? Sponsor, joint sponsor, first... ???

I did a I-129F, but not an I-130. We were married after she got her K1 and came to the US.

What's my line? Sponsor, joint sponsor, first... ???

So, my adorable wife is in the US and we're staring at the gaping, boring, mind numbing maw of the I-864 form.

I'm the US citizen/husband, just to set the record right. But, for the first part of...

Re: SUCCESS!!!

It's how you chose to interpret it, not how I chose it's meaning, but it's done. Time to move on.

No worries.

Based on the kind suggestion I've created a wiki page (http://britishexpats.com/wiki/Minimize_the_distance) with links.

With all the great information already here it's likely...

Re: How to minimize the distance

Perhaps.

The reason I put it here is because this forum deals with couples separated by thousands of miles and going through the trials of how to be together.

It feels relevant for this forum...

OT: How to minimize the distance

Although this post isn't specifically about visas it's just as vital on another level.

Going through this process when separated by thousands of miles from the person you love is terribly hard. ...
