Check your status online at the USCIS website.

Mine has an update:

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

I hope it does work out. I am still waiting anxiously. Haven't heard anything after the RFE for that one question with the tick box was sent. :(

My petition's been REF'd...my lawyer used the old form, and the waiting continues. :(
Could I know why you didn't think that your petition would be approved?
