I think I have no other options, so that is the only thing I am planning to do.. I just want to know whether I would be eligible so that I can approach an agent and proceed further.

Hi.. is it possible to apply for Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 475) instead of 176 for my case??

I already got assesment with ASCO 2231-79 Network Security and ANZSCO 263111 Computer Network and Systems Engineer.. cant i apply with that?

Hi.. I got rejection letter from VIC state and now the only way to apply is with my blood relative's sponcership which is a very slow processing .. :( . is there any workaround here? I should apply...

Can I approach them again and show my blood relative bank statements and my other bank statements and my commitment to the statel? will they agree? is there any re appeal process.. no info about...

I sent the decl form 2 weeks ago and got ack mail 13 days ago.. I didnt get any update yet.. 17th is my IELTS result.. hoping this VIC SS result should also come in this week :)

I have applied for VIC SS and waiting for the sponcership.. Can I go ahead and apply for 176 now and provide the evidence mail which I got from VIC state? will that be sufficient or should I enclose...

thats strange-- they didnt mention in the mail they sent me anywhere like "we dont require hard copy".. anyway.. I dont really worry about wasting money though unless its worth to send it :)

Yea I sent the declaration on the day itself when I got the mail.. but it will take 5 working days to reach the VIC office..

I Applied on 5th of Nov as the SS eligibility list opened only on 3rd.I am expecting the results by last week of Dec. :)
