I wasnt pretty sure whether the degree transcripts were sufficient as evidence or do they expect letter from the university stating that the course was taken in English.

During the time I had applied for VIC SS, there was another person in Net Sec who got VIC SS. Luckily I got my 175 till the time VIC decided on my application.
