Searching on mls i noticed that there are no maintenance fees in saskatoon, is this the case only in saskatchewan or there are other provinces with this policy? $250 per month maintenance...

If you have used a courier, you can now tell them to go and pick up your passport. If you have used drop box ,then you can go in person to pick up your passport
