Maverick 611, just quick suggestion from my side, when you are applying of PCC from USA, make sure you send them at lest 5-6 finger print form at one time, FBI will use the one which is clear and...

Yes my agent asked for the Medical and I have applied for the Police Clearence form USA. In my case I need PC from USA, UAE and India.

Medical sent received by DIAC on 13-1-2009,waiting for Police Clarence.
