Yes Clive is still running Binzagar (good friend of mine), it is still a very nice compound but Medina road has crazy traffic which is an issue.

Also I was asked if bills were included...

Waiting lists.

At the start of the year all compounds were full, since KAUST (University) opened it has freed up a number of villas and apartments.

We are seeing quite a few people moving in...

In a good compound you are going to be looking between 145,000 - 180,000

Others I think you are still going to looking above 130,000

It was two - three hours of heavy rain which created havoc. No infrastructure, the drive back from work was horrendous; I saw cars floating by like twigs!
