Yeah it might be a bit over anal.. but i'm really do like to be prepared and even thought you can read as much as possible you dont get the picture fully till you do it yourself.. but if this helps...

mm yes this is interesting.. i was wondering about stops too.. as the UK to Hawaii seems to always include at least one stop.. but i suspect that visa is fine for that as it gets me into the US and...

Rang the lovely £1.20 permin number and got a nice chap who could confirm the reciept and little else..

and just as an FYI the 5 days procssing is currently running to more like 10-15 days :S

I might be wrong but i seem to recall a consumer tv programme that was warning that travel insurance usually covers you for the trip and hotel (when you usually travel on holiday) but do not cover...

Yeah it was London and i do have the reciept from the courier but it has no tracking number i can find :S

Yeah it ws bad timing with the bank holiday and everything its just so nerve-wracking...

Yeah the nurse who gave me the printout seemed pretty clueless about the VISA medical process but at least she said that i can get an official letter, which i have to pay for, if i ring up sometime...

Good points.. Question 9 states: "List All Countries You have Entered in the Last Ten Years (Give the Year of Each Visit)"

And on each occasion i flew from Cardiff.. landed in Schipol.. stayed in...
