I applied for a 886 skilled(family Sponsored visa)

lodged on the 30 june 08...
I had done my IELTS, police clearances and medicals about a month before I lodged my application.
Around November...

i applied for a 886 sponsored visa in june 2008.. with the changes that have been made with processing.. will this affect me at all? a case officer has been working on my file and last...

a case officer told my agent that my file was been forwarded to a decision maker...anyone know how long this process can take? im applyin for the 886 visa..
