Oh and just another really important point. A lot of the baby boomers are retiring here so there are some real gaps in the market place.

Don't bother with the Int Eng designation. Its not portable to Canada. There are no short cuts. PEng's can work in Europe, but CEng's cannot work in Canada under the Engineer title, despite the...
