I went to my local shopping centre and asked the JP to sign my form and he said no! He said he hadn't known me for 2 years so wouldn't - not a very friendly or helpful person :frown:

Do you mind me asking what the surgery will be for? We have been told she needs a piece of her lower jaw removed because otherwise it will grow out of line with her upper jaw causing a protruding...

What sort of surgery is covered by medicare? Would I definitely have to pay for dental surgery in my daughter's case? We are on PR. If we took out hospital cover, would this help? :confused:
