Not at all. I am anticipating that any information you have regarding banking history will assist when it comes to open accounts \ applying for credit cards \ mortgages etc.

Not posted for a while. Work and stuff just really manic. We are moving in July and I am just trying to get a bankers reference.

They have told me they only do them to third parties (if.com) not...

Agreed all useful stuff.

I didn't mean offset income on another mortgage. I meant to use the interest costs to reduce the profit on rental income hence reduce the tax bill on it.

It is certainly making me think twice. The requirement to get work quickly when \ if we move is going to be all the more important as I don't want to convert a load of cash at any rate below 1.7

We are likely to move next year and have come to the conclusion we will probably rent our house in the UK. Plan is to remortgage and use that as a deposit on a place in Canada and then get...

While in Calgary I want to check out the city itself and some other nearby areas such as Okotoks and Cochrane. I am not too fused about where we stay while there in August.

I went up last Thursday. Arrived about 1.45 and was towards the end of the queue but still left before 3 so I don't think getting their ultra early saves on queuing time.
