These slight changes in the sterling do have quite a bit of an impact on ones mood, well at least it does with us, our business relies so much on it !

Let’s say a property was selling in Spain in 2007 for 600.000 Euros and now has been reduced to 420.000 Euros, a 30% discount!! It appears to be! To the Europeans perhaps but not to the UK...

Lets say if I would buy 100,000 worth of euros today at the rate of 1,05 and did a deal that in 12 months I would buy 100,000 more euros and...
