Your wife can not return before you do so. If you are the principal applicant, you should return first or all of you should make an entry together. However, your wife and others can enter separately...

Hi

The requirement from DIAC is that, you should go out of Australia at the time
of grant.

Visa evidencing is not a requirement to get back to Australia. It is just recommended to avoid...

No I am an offshore applicant applied while living onshore...so I have to go out of country to get the visa granted...

The reason for 11 July 2009 is, I entered Australia on 12 July 2008 midnight, and did not provide Australian PCC. If i have provided it, my initial entry date would be 1 year from medicals or PCC...

It took about 5 or 6 days for me to get reply that they have added me into CSL..Yes, i have done medicals last month and uploaded PCC earlier as well. FYI, I am already living in Australia (sydney)...

I could see the online status changed to "20/04/2009 Application being processed further"..also everyone's medical changed to finalised with the same date. However, no documents are "Met". Not sure...
