[Guido worked for the last two years without an EAD because they were too strapped to pay for it. It all worked out in the end apparently.

Woo Hoooo two good news. John CPR on December 8th and on December 21st Vermont approved my stepdaughters I130 :D!

We filled on Sept 7, 2004 and didn't hear from them until we wrote to them on...

Well our train got to the end of that tunnel!!! After a nasty gram to the USCIS Cherry Hill...........they granted John his CPR!! Sorry we haven't been on the newsgroup much.

John's AOS interview was August 2, 2004. They told us everything was fine except our background checks weren't back. They took more fingerprints and signed another card and told us to check back...

Rec'd extended EAD for another year

We put in for John's EAD extension in July and just rec'd the new card valid for another year today. I wish the background checks would get done. This is such a pain :(

I-797C, Notice of Action

We recieved our NOA on Sept 16th for my step daughter's I-130. It is going thru Vermont. On the website it shows Recpt date of August 30th and our recpt date is Sept 13th so that is a good sign. ...
