the GC lottery is only for people outside of the US. a person who has applied for a visa outside the US may also apply for the GC lottery. applying for the lottery will not speed up the AOS process....

he wants to make things work with his wife. he does love her. but if that doesnt happen, he has a better opportunity of a better life here in the states than he does in his home...

no more immigration worries for at least 3 years. hubby is ready to start studying for his citizenship test. u know, i printed out a sample 100 questions that might be on the civics...
