I do look at this site regularly:D As we will have to apply for PR as only on a 457 visa we will rent for the first couple of years then we can decide where to settle once we know we can stay.

Hi we put in for an E visa 457 - only x rays required as not permanant (yet) no police checks required. If you can book you x rays on line it is much quicker.

We have to validate the visa within a month of being there, but the worry is, if it takes a while to sell the house will the job offer still be there!!!
