Well they granted my visa that way. I didn't hide anything. C.O even asked me to send a copy of the Interim Medicare Card. I also told her I don't have a private insurance.

I am looking on the 457 conditions and I cannot see where exactly it is stated that the employee needs to work...

Every applicant now sign a declaration stating that they agree on taking the role for 3 years (it is not an obligation, it's just a statement). Of course things change and a lot of applicant never...

Yes that would make sense. But they are allocating July not necessarily processing straight away. (My case has been allocated for a while without much processing).

You are not bond, but both party do sign a declaration in that regard. Basically if Immigration can prove that you did not intend to stay for 3 years, then they can consider that it was untruth or...

Official processing time are 5-7 months according to the Service Charter. So I think it's our right to complain after that timeframe...

You are also definitely bond with the declaration you and your employer do with Immigration. No where it says that a parallel agreement overrule whatever is set by Immigration.

The 3 years is from the beginning of the ENS, doesn't include any time on the 457... There is no 'official paperwork'. You are free to do whatever you want from today.
