maybe he was illegal in the states before he moved to canada, so I think he is not honest enough to tell us the real reason.

Thanks to everybody on this forum that helped me to immigrate to Canada. Landing in Canada was great experience for me. I landed at Sarnia border. Immigration officer was not very polite probably...

Buffalo needs 15 business days and it's clearly instructed that they can accept only either express or regular mail. I am not sure about deliveries to PO Boxes.

As far as I know they can't deliver express mail on P.O. Box ... check with usps

The other thing is that you can always TRACK your package online @ www.usps.com ... I am sure you have the tracking...

Is there a way that somebody can fedex the letter to her? Or to use some other overnight service? Maybe somebody can Fax to her at least?

However you MUST send (bring) the letter with you.
