Re: Going back to UK for uni?

Re: Going back to UK for uni?

I don't know where you're getting your information from but you're mistaken. The student loan company will only fund you for time at university which you have not already completed. This means if you...

Re: English Universities

Re: Sending kid to UK university

I do find it amusing that because i mentioned my father (in a very appropriate way, i might add) you're calling my maturity into question. I dont doubt that this is all you have in regards to...

Re: Sending kid to UK university

Again, misconstruing what i say. I knew i was right, it had nothing to do with asking him for help, just to confirm what i knew in case whoever it was tried to use having a Cambridge MA as evidence,...

Evidently you did misconstrue what i said, i suggest you go back and re-read what was said. God knows how you can work where you say you do if you're unable to understand my very simple post.

Re: Sending kid to UK university

I said that it isn't a masters degree, its just called an MA at the older Scottish universities for historical reasons, its still an undergraduate degree. And for many courses its perfectly possible...

Re: Sending kid to UK university

Re: Sending kid to UK university

Erm no it isn't, they only admit a select number each year. St Andrews is where you'll find Americans.... because they're deluded into thinking its on a par with Oxbridge/Ivies.

In the UK (bar...
