I cant say how easy it would be to get a job in Germany without knowing what sort of work you would be after.

Ah. Would i need a teaching qualification to work in international schools there?

A lot of the international schools pride themselves on employing excellent teachers, most of these schools have fees. You would most certainly need teachers training if you wished to work there.
