Yes there are what's called Co-op housing estates and subsidised housing. Small groups of homes next to 'regular' housing estates. :)

Hi, Our new Passports that I just received from Ottawa do have the 'Chip' in the back of them. They charged $15 combined postage for both Passports. :)
