Default international school in copenhagen

There was a post a while back (1/9/2006, 'bogginog', now closed) about home schooling in Denmark.
The response was that it is possible, I wonder how bogginog got on with homeschooling and what sort of danish support they received.

We are moving to Copenhagen in June and cannot get the children into any school for one year. The international school roles are full and they are not 6 on 1st October for the danish ones. Even pulling "the Maersk card" didn't guarantee a place in one school. Our only chance is day care for one year, move to Sweden or homeschool.
Just looking at all the options.
Any advice?
