Not sure what the panic is?? These terms have been around for years, whats the dif. between them?
Plus, I think you'll also find that the word 'Pakistan' was originally intended to be an acronym for Punjab, Afghan, Kashmir....and so on.

Problem is that the term mentioned above is often used in a derogatory way.
