Humans are violent by nature and need little encouragement. We've had gun crime since guns were invented...
Most of these problems are down to parent failures, gang culture, no peer accountability and a lack of stern authority in the UK...my solution would be to introduce public floggings for the parents of these kids and also to allow the flogging of anyone over 12 under medical supervision.
20+ years of don't spank the kids policies has created a more violent society.

I have a beagle back home, and before we bought him it was a toss up between the names Dougal or Dylan
When we saw him he looked a definate Dylan though, so Dylan he became...
