Re: water intake
and you darling, really, really, really need to read things properly, I said Blood is mostly water.and your muscles, lungs, and brain all contain a lot of water. Your body needs water to regulate your body temperature and to help nutrients to travel to all your organs. Water also transports oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects your joints and organs.
perhaps if I put "helps" to transport oxygen you would have understood better.

using your theorem you could say that the air along szr helps to transport you to and from point a and b.

Re: water intake
Hi Grace,
It takes about a month for your bladder to get used to it, but everytime you wee your getting rid of toxins so think of it as a good thing.
I thought you were meant to drink 2 litres a day anyway with a further 2 litres coming through food? And for every cup of coffee or tea you have you have to a have an extra glass of water?

Re: water intake
Lol, it will but it is normal to go between 4 and 7 times a day, if you are going more than that it is just your body getting used to the extra fluid intake. If you do your pelvic floor exercises that will help you to "hold" longer plus it is very good to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles so that you help to prevent problems in later life.

Re: water intake
I drink about 1-2 litres a day assuming I am not hungover or outside for any length of time then I drink a lot more. Drinking water is a major health boon even for lazy sods who smoke pipes and admit to ordering KFC and Pizza Hut on bad days like myself
But drinking water alone is boring so vary it with some green tea, diet sprite etc and avoid black tea, coffee and colas as they dehydrate you.
