water intake

I have to drink 2 liters of water per day and more if i can. Did 2.5 yesterday and almost 3 today, but I am peeing every 5 mins. How long before my system gets used to it and i stop peeing all the time.

That is an awful lot of water. Why so much? You can get your fluids from just about any drink and also from food.

To answer your question - when your bladder expands to accomodate? (Sorry no idea)

that is a reasonable amount of water to intake in this heat. Providing of course that you are outside and actually dehydrating due to the heat..

edit, my guys on average are going through 8x 500ml bottles of water a day (they are out and about a lot though!!) (and hungover)

I hardly drink water at work, even though I should - but at footy in safa park I'll easily drink 3 litres in 2 hours, and some pocaro sweat.

Welcome back anyway fûcker, how was bonny Scotland?

Lol, i know/work with people that drink around 2 liters as a norm on a daily basis and I dont see them bleeding peeing every 5 mins. I was thinking that my body would get used to it and that would stop
