was just watching a programme where a michelin starred chef, from blackburn, is using it in a dish. i have never seen anything more hideous...and who cares if it's low fat and nutritious...

i've had pigs trotters in ramsey's place in chelsea, and they were ok...i just couldn't eat any of that other stuff for the world, would make me gag...
