...is disgusting, how could anyone eat it??
was just watching a programme where a michelin starred chef, from blackburn, is using it in a dish. i have never seen anything more hideous...and who cares if it's low fat and nutritious... MM, xx |

MM, xx Tripe is one of the more refined 'offal' courses available ! Try Cow Heel, Chittlins, Bulls Penis, Pigs Trotters ! Got to agree Tripe is disgusting but they will eat anything 'over the hill' in Lancashire !;) |
