Go to bed at 9.30pm every night, even at weekends and sleep separately from your partner.....

I will second that. Used by flight attendants to overcome jetlag/bring waking/sleeping hours into balance after long haul.

Yes there are certain pharmacies where you can pick it up. Alternatively get someone who is flying in from UK or US to bring it in for you.

I sleep like a log after sex..My wife always runs into the bathroom after sex to clean up and when she comes out a few minutes later she throws a warm wash cloth on me so I can clean up a little..Sometimes when she throws it on me it wakes me up. Thats how fast i'm out..
