Ginger is grinded and used like a tea exactly ... some suger and milk

but if you mix it with honey i think the result is even better rather than suger

I think this is also drunk by professional vocalists to improve their voice just like pei pa qua (sp?)

I am not sure but there is a lot of talk about the benefits of ginger and many of those are not real or examined to be proven.


but there are some good things that are proved in labaratories about ginger (but i don't have the source so sorry no one ask me for one and i am not in the mood to google it)

whats camel milk like?

low fat (Compared to cow milk) and more proteins. i find the taste nice but others don't like it

i heard that a patient require more Anesthesia during an opertation if he is used to drink camel milk... i am not sure if this is true or not .. but it is said so.
