Now, on to the subject matter, I remember being in my early twenties and telling a guy that I wanted to have a boob job and he said 'oh, you would not want to go much bigger' ... I looked at him and said 'I want them smaller'!! But I have finally grown used them! But any woman with breasts that are too big knows only too well the amount of unwanted attention they create.
Personally I think if someone is unhappy with their body and have the means to change it, then why not. I have a friend who had very odd boobs, but with clothes on no one would know. However she felt uncomfortable undressing in front of her husband. She has since had implants and some corrective work done and the op has boosted her confidence so much.
She got a quote from Dr Khan and was told that if she used the American Hospital it would cost 24,000dhs and 18,000dhs if she used a different hospital (maybe Welcare).
W10, I have felt them and they feel really natural. I think it all depends on the surgeon and the implant used.
