A friend of mine is a tattoo artist in Dubai (yes, Illegal) and he says a large portion of his clients are local ladies - for tattoos AND piercings around/in ummmm discreet places.

apparently there is only 1 legal tatooist in Dubai, she has her licence for medical reasons.
As for Tattoos in the office/not in the office, I think it depends on the type of company you work for, there are a few guys in my office who have not only tattoos but also piercings on show...
and my tattoos have never caused me any issues over here

As for Tattoos in the office/not in the office, I think it depends on the type of company you work for, there are a few guys in my office who have not only tattoos but also piercings on show...
