Sun 3rd Nov dry?

Never asked this before and probably never will again but does anyone know if Sunday the 3rd of November is a dry night?

Plus it's Grand Prix night, so they may fiddle it if it's supposed to be dry?

It's been announced that Dubai will be dry from 5.30pm on Sunday 3rd November until 7.30pm on Monday 4th. This is from The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing for Dubai which has also said there should be no 'entertainment' during that period.

It's always dry on Islamic New Year, but let's see how they get around this for the final Grand Prix concert...

Maybe Yas Island will become a designated exempt free-zone area for the day?

I'm pretty sure as an international sporting event it will be exempt - did the sevens or the world cup not fall on a dry day once?

My issue we are staying in Abu Dhabi on the Sunday night and I'd like a beer or 10 after 4 insane days work running the F1
