Times like this my training schedule pisses me off..knackered after no sleep last night (ill daughter). Lunchtime interval session and intead of being at the M hotel for happy hour...I'm at the Hamdan centre about to smash out a 3.2K swimset...oh the joys. Upside is that I will be pissed by 2 beers

Was pretty good. Forgot how bad a singer Ian Brown actually is. Mani is a legend. 2 bars in the whole joint though.went to media one after which was ace.

Fools gold........I'd have been happy to have paid just to see that
I'm a massive stone roses fan and have waited 24 years to see them so I'm biased but that was brilliant. Surprised by how many songs the crowd knew especially for Dubai.
Shortage of taxis caused me a near meltdown getting there but arrived sheer seconds before they hit the stage and the night was and absolute cracker in the end.
