No Goucho Grill available there ?

Best and thickest steaks (better than Meat Comp!) and proper man-size chips !

I like the Meat Company too but disappointed they don't serve with veggies etc

The Meat Co is fine, but for me, there are other better places such as Rodeo Grill or MJ's.

For price and quality, I still think the Beaujolais at the Novotel is great. Great steak, skinny chips, nice salad, good dressings and Buddy the maitre d' all for less than 100AED a steak. Simply fab.

They're not - they are tubers.

A 'vegetable' is usually defined as an edible part of a plant other than a seed, so includes tubers, roots (carrots), bulbs (onions) etc.

Ergo, potatoes are vegetables.
