Before movies debut in local theaters, Arab governments around the region censor films for content, often cutting out sexual scenes and kissing, as well as comments deemed blasphemous.
Yep, but its ok for your kids at 8 o'clock in the morning to watch someone get evicerated.
Mind you, Southend Borough Council banned Life of Brian but not Caligula (unexpurgated--very naughty naughty bits), so who am I to speak?

It was actually a good film although it got corny at the end. The muslim theme throughout got the audience stirred up. When arnie unclipped that LMG off the chopper and the film paused on his face people actually whooped! (Hopefully masked my own utterances)
