Re: Sore arse
I think I've hurt my coccyx bone- at wild wadi of all places Jokes aside it really is quite painful and seeing as my job I am mostly sat on it most of the day so I am shuffling in my seat like I've been attacked by an ass bandit. So has anyone any experience with this- do I need a doctor or a chiropracter or a physio? and can anyone recommend anyone or anything that wil relieve the pain?
Thanks

Hi Kittycat,
I have helped patients with this before. Most likely it isn't a "bruise" but the bone was probably pushed anterior. This painful condition can drag on for weeks or months untreated. It is fairly easy to correct non-invasively from the outside by using a traction move. This treatment usually gives immediate relief. Otherwise you should buy a little round donut pillow to sit on at work. (or if you are too shy, at least use it at home.)
If you have further questions, feel free to pm me. Get better soon!

Re: Sore arse
thanks everyone- I must admit its not quite as painful today although I am perching on one cheek! but think Im on the mend I have resisted the donut cushion as vanity has taken over .Back off to blighty tonight so will see how i get on back there and might pop to a guy I know there if it doesn't get better
Yes I did it on a slide- the death slide one- think I wriggled too much whilst I tried to stop my arse from eating my swimming costume as I whizzed down it! Won't be going on that one again I can promise you that!
