Are we just talking about the wireless speakers here? Why do you need an agent to help you set them up?

He is not really an agent, a sort of technician / product specialist..

I put 8 speakers in the house in 4 rooms plus garden,kitchen etc..

That agent went for a site visit and setup my home internet and made it available everywhere in the house., since Sonos is wifi-based.

Its like an automation for my audio/entertainment..

just bought a Sonos system yesterday. Play 5 plus Play 1 with a Bridge as my router isn't in a convenient place for the speakers. took me about 15 minutes to get it all up and running.

You didn't need an agent to come and do it all for you? Extraordinary! I've been watching for the OP to come back and give us his recommendation on an agent plus price. I cannot imagine why else he would set up an account just to tell us the news, and post nothing else.

download the controller app, install each speaker unit by pressing a combination of 2 buttons. Not rocket science.

people can't even put petrol in their own car here so getting someone in to press those two buttons is not too far-fetched..

did you buy from sharaf or somewhere else by the way?
