Are you supposed to have Yorkshire puds for Xmas dinner?

Correct , you don't have Yorkshire pudding with Xmas dinner and the proper way to have them is before your dinner with gravy on them .

I would like to throw a left ball and say Horseradish. Love the stuff and will be smashing it all over the roast spuds/turkey etc. on the big day.

Ideally Mummy will give me a plate of turkey, pigs in blankets, Yorkshires and gravy. Enough gravy for a thick cut bit of white bread to be used to mop up after.

You sound like a character from Viz Scampi.

I have decided to ditch the turkey this year and roast beef and pork instead.

Let's face it, turkey is horrible and the horseradish will be better with the beef.
