Even I - the exercise phobic - have been thinking about doing some form of exercise and even got as far as obtaining the number of a private yoga instructor, but I have been diagnosed with Labyrinthitis (an inner ear infection which affects your balance) so won't be able to do anything for weeks now.
That'll teach me to think about being healthy. |

Hi kittycat1 - for a great weightloss just eat high protein, low carb and dont worry about the fat (i essentially cut out everything white carbs - so no rice, bread, pasta, milk) - I mix that with a fast for 2 days a week (basically skip breakfast and lunch). Add that with a 20 min high intensity session every other day (something like skipping) and the weight falls off. Thats what works for me but your mileage may be different hey, it obviously works for you. Nice one |

Done two Marathons in Jan and got a 10k this weekend.
Then off to Dibba for the Wadi Bih on the 11/2 72k with a 1000m climb and drop. Then I need a new goal, just seen a run in the UK in April 3 back to back marathons in Devon?????? |

hey, it obviously works for you. Nice one I agree with you. I have to have breakfast on the days im training, but i fast for 2 days (may have to cut that to one day as i am dropping too much weight quickly). Saying that I sin enough on my cheat meals - I usually have 2 cheat meals per week (variety pack, large pepperoni pizza, 4 donuts and a coke (full fat) for one meal last week !!) |
