If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would add 82,883,723 tonnes tothe total weight of the world's population

On another note I'm on a health kick, nothing mad just eating better and more exercise - I've started spin classes which are pretty good and have packed in the booze until after Ramadan. I'm about as big as I've ever been and need to shed some weight...
