Default Pole Dancing Tragedy

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/21/20100915...l-6323e80.html A sad story but I'm still not sure how she managed to break her neck, especially after having been pole dancing for two years.

Afraid bad accidents do happen, she obviously lost her grip on the pole, diving into a swimming pool is another regular one for broken neck

People injure themselves all the time. Even experienced people make mistakes...happens all the time in sports. How many excellent drivers have been injured or killed in car accidents around the world?
