If they have no limits in public then it's probably time they grew up and learned how to behave properly.
Consenting adults can do anything they like in private, but consideration for others, especially in public, is part of being part of society. These aren't considerations for the ME, but for anywhere.

LOL. Not sure anyone can "convert" - I know a few groups have tried it (the other way around) and it's basically been recognised as psychological torture.

As I understand it, the circumstances surrounding Alan Turing's conviction involved sexual activity with another male but not what we would now consider Gross Indecency i.e. cottaging.
They're only 18 and 19.
And they act like teenagers.

Well, there's scary and then there's scary. UAE is definitely scary when things go seriously wrong (which can happen for trivial reasons), whereas parts of any major western city can be scary on every Friday or Saturday night. Most westerners in the UAE are as unlikely to be in a genuinely scary situation as they are when in their home countries.
